Capsules

We encapsulate 2-piece hardshell capsules in sizes ranging from #2 to “00” and a variety of colours. 

Capsules are available in vegetable, gelatin, and porcine options.

We have a range of encapsulation machines that allow us to run multiple products concurrently.  Typical capsule sizes produced are #1, “0”, and “00”.  We can produce vegetable, gelatin, coloured, and branded capsule options.

Capsule doses are ideal for those products that require a smaller amount of active ingredient to achieve the medicinal effect. 

We also work with a range of non-medicinal ingredients to achieve optimal fill weight and meet specification.
