Jim has over 30 years of experience in co-packing and manufacturing, including over 20 years in the functional food, natural food, and supplement industries. He has been CEO of Rhema since August 2019.
Besides his current role of leading Rhema’s strategic direction, Jim sits on several boards including Canadian Food Innovation Network (CFIN) and Investment Agriculture Foundation of BC (IAF) and is the former Chairman of BC Food and Beverage (BCFB).
Erik has 20+ years of entrepreneurial business leadership in CPG brand development and distribution.

Frank has spent over 28 years in the natural products industry and has been with Rhema since 2000.
In his current role, Frank oversees new product development, R&D, and production scale-up. Frank also leads the Quality team managing compliance of our facility as well as customers and products. Frank has extensive experience in equipment optimization, government registrations, and procurement of raw materials through his extensive industry connections.
